Freedom Expansion Home Care Services is a licensed and bonded home care agency that provides medical and therapeutic treatments to patients in their home.
I started Freedom Expansion because of the personal experience we had with Home Health and Home Care in our family.
My stepfather was extremely ill, and we decided long before that we would care for our parents at home for as long as possible. At first, we just had home health and that was great because the nurses and therapist would visit and care for specific issues like his wounds, respiratory treatments and reviewing medications.
After seeing my family stressed and exhausted, a nurse recommended home care. We took her advice and it was a huge difference in our lives.
The aides that came to help were like an extension of our family and helped to give us a break while still providing car for our stepfather. Some of the emotional weight was lifted with hiring a home care agency. We know what it is like to be you and will do our best to care for you or your loved one as well as you or your family with dependable, high-quality care.

At Freedom Expansion Home Care Services, Inc. we use training programs developed by Care Academy and skills are reviewed by a Nurse to ensure every team member has the skills and knowledge needed to provide high quality care.
We pride ourselves on hiring individuals for their compassion, experience, flexibility and their hunger to serve. We know that to provide excellent care, we also need excellent skills and competency in care and that comes from excellent training.
Our care team undergoes formal training and continuing education programs developed by Care Academy while also adding continued education based on the clients that are pared with the team members or caregivers.

Individualized Care
Our home care starts with a care conference with a qualified admission team member, the client and family members. A personalized care plan is developed, reviewed by a registered nurse and implemented. Care conferences are held on a regular basis to ensure that the unique needs of each client and their family are addressed.
Successful family involved care requires the ongoing involvement of the client and their caregivers. Care-plans must be accepted, and a care manager regularly checks with clients and their caregivers to be sure the needs and expectations are being met.
Trustworthy Caregivers
Each one of our care team members are thoroughly screened with federal and local criminal reference checks, licensure reviews, and state mandated certification checks before they are hired. We look for team members who are willing to go the extra mile in making sure each client’s needs are met. All team members are required to remain current in their education and skills through continued education and in-services trainings to provide the highest quality care.
After meeting with the client and their family, we carefully select the best caregiver to meet their needs and personality over the course of our services. This helps to reduce confusion and establish consistency throughout the relationship.
