Anyways, today I'd like to talk to you about a recent study that found that people who take mid day naps have better blood pressure control than those who do not take a nap.
More specifically, individuals who slept for an hour after their lunchtime meal have results showing lower systolic blood pressure compared to their peers who did not take a nap.
This study showed that the nappers tend to use less medication to control their blood pressure. The study included 386 individuals were being treated for high blood pressure.
With an average age of 61, these individuals also had other cardiovascular risk factors such as 27% had diabetes. 31% were smokers, and a vast majority were generally...
